Notepad 6.01 - The latest version, probably the last shareware version.  Many improvements.

Notepad organizes ideas, lists, projects, rough schedules, etc.  Notepad is not a structured type of project planner with graphs, but rather a free-form note-taker for organizing notes. Most users will find that it does a fine job of organizing your ideas and todo's.

It certainly will do some things that the Agenda Todo lists will not. The Agenda doesn't intelligently handle ideas and todo's that need to have association with other lists, or application files. With Notepad's new DataLink, you can use Notepad as a contact manager. The DataLink will link a note to a particular record in any database.

So, a notepad is a list of notes. Each note can be associated with other lists of notes, application files, or database records.
